At the request of the Malopolska Development Policy Observatory, a report containing the evaluation (of the state) of the Małopolska region as a subject of public transfers and the financial forecast for the region for 2010-2015 was prepared by Wojciech Misiąg and Marcin Tomalak.
The principal objective of the study entitled “Analysis and Evaluation of the State of the Małopolska Region as a Subject of Public Transfers and the Financial Forecast (for the Region) for the Years 2010-2015” was to prepare an account of the state of the Małopolska region as a target of public transfers between the region and public institutions outside the region.
The second part the analysis aims at verification and updating the financial forecast for the region for 2010-2015. A forecast of the budgets of self-government units is the focus of this part of the study.
